Cavrelin Digital is a brand operated by EJ EMPIRE LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Cavrelin Digital," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through cavrelindigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you request a Free Google Maps Visibility Check, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Business name
- Website or Google Business Profile link
- Main service and service area
- Phone number and email address
If you contact us by email, we keep the details of that conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent spam.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send the Visibility Check you requested, including an automated review of the public website you share with us
- To contact you by phone or email about your request and, if you're interested, our services
- To provide services to you if you become a client
- To keep our website secure and filter spam submissions
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Website hosting, data storage and analytics (Cloudflare), which hosts this site, stores the requests you send us in our private business database, and provides cookie-free visitor statistics
- Form delivery (Web3Forms), which receives form submissions and emails them to us
- Web fonts (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when your browser loads the site's typeface
- Email and business software we use to communicate with you and manage our work
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How Long We Keep It
We keep Visibility Check requests for as long as they are useful for following up, generally no longer than two years unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and afterward as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your Choices
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email cavrelindigital@gmail.com, or reply to any email from us.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
